Management Development CenterThe Management Development Centre has increased YASHADA's horizon in terms of extending its training activities to national and international government organisations, public and private sector corporates including IT and banking sector companies.

MDC's Objectives

  • Develop a comprehensive framework to use knowledge as a strategic tool for enchancing effective managerial performance;
  • Facilitate optimum utilization of the Academy's facilities and achieve functional excellence in customer services;
  • Design need-based management programmes to facilitate vibrant and ethical governance in the state of Maharashtra and share our success nationwide.
MDC is specialised to provide state-of-art infrastracture for all corporate training needs.

State-of-art Training Facility

  • A conference hall with a 60 seater round table arrangement; 5 classrooms with flexible seating arrangement for 25-30 persons; a tiered amphitheatre style lecture hall to seat 32 participants and 19 thin clients, central server and 24 x 7 broadband connectivity for hands-on training session;
  • Three multi-purpose business lounge/syndicate discussion rooms;
  • All conference halls / syndicate classrooms are air-conditioned and come equipped with the latest in acoustics and Audio-visual systems;
  • Auditorium with seating capacity of 250 to 300 in the YASHADA campus;
  • Multi-purpose area of 6,000 sq.ft. for exhibitions, product demo & corporate action;
  • Splendid lawns interpersed with shady trees are perfect for conduct of outdoor HR games and group activities.

Accomodation Facility

  • The Centre has 105 tastefully furnished and air-conditioned rooms (available as single or double seated) deluxe and executive suites. Every room is provided with computer node with 24x7 broadband connectivity, and cable TV.
  • Pantry service with banquet and dining hall equipped to cater to 150 guests serving Indian and international cuisine.

  • Library: Collection of 50,000 books on different subjects;
