YASHADA is a premiere training academy of Government of Maharashtra. The Annual budget for Computer peripheral and consumable is to the tune of Rupees Ten Lakh. Budget may also undergo change if new projects come.

            Due to fluctuating market of consumables and peripherals yearly contract for such items is proving uneconomic. YASHADA has therefore decided to prepare a panel of suppliers/vendors for supply of computer related items. Procedure of empanelment and purchases will be as follows –

1.      Only authorised dealers / distributors of respective items will be eligible for empanelment.

2.      Vendor will have to remit a fixed deposit receipt of any nationalised or scheduled bank assigned in the name of YASHADA for the value of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five thousand) and duration of three years. This FD receipt will be returned to the vendor when he wishes to withdraw his name from YASHADAs panel.

3.      In the event of default in execution of purchase order this FD can be encashed at the discretion of the Director General YASHADA.

4.      Empanelled vendor will be regularly mailed purchase enquiries by post and by email.

5.      Generally purchases will be carried out every quarter if there is no one time bulk purchase.

6.      In addition to empanelment DG, YASHADA reserves the right to float open tender of big value.

7.      All interested parties are requested to send their application in prescribed format attached to this notice along with fixed deposit receipt of Rupees Five Thousand as mentioned at sr. no. 2.

8.      Vendors can also submit their application for including their name in YASHADAs suppliers panel any time. They will receive enquiries and can participate in limited purchase enquiries floated by YASHADA.

9.      If vendor wishes to withdraw his registration, his fixed deposit receipt will be returned only after six months of registration.
